The first pureCom Roundtable took place on 18 February. February 2025 at the Satellite Office Düsseldorf and brought together top-class entrepreneurs and decision-makers, to discuss current economic and social issues in an exclusive round table.
Germany before the election – cutting red tape for family businesses & SMEs
A central topic of the evening was the reduction of bureaucracy and the challenges, faced by family businesses and SMEs in Germany. The keynote speakers Dagmar S. Saschek and Daniela Masberg, who combine their expertise in business and politics, gave exciting impulses and insights in a ” somewhat different” discussion format.
The key findings of the evening:
- Bureaucracy acts as a brake on growth for companies.
- There are solutions – but political decision-makers are needed to implement them consistently.

With 20 leading entrepreneurs and decision-makers , a lively discussion developed about existing discussion about existing challenges and possible solutions. In addition to analysing problems, new perspectives for the future were also opened up.
Flexibility in uncertain times
Another topic that was discussed intensively was the need for flexibility in companies. Especially in economically uncertain times , variable contracts, flexible terms and adaptable employee sizes are decisive factors for long-term success.
SMEs and family businesses in particular face the challenge of , to adapt dynamically to market changes without losing stability. There was unanimous agreement, that modern working environments require new solutions – and this is precisely where flexible room concepts come in, that adapt to the needs of companies.
Networking at the highest level
In addition to the substantive discussions , the pureCom Roundtable offered a platform for exclusive networking. Participants took the opportunity to exchange ideas with like-minded people from business and politics, to make new contacts and take away valuable ideas for their own corporate strategy.
The evening was characterised by intensive discussions, constructive controversies and groundbreaking visions for the future – a complete success for all participants.
