The Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich, regarded as one of the most exclusive shopping streets in the world. At the start of 2016, we opened our first Swiss business center here. It is situated between Paradeplatz and Bürkliplatz in Bahnhofstrasse 10 in the historical ‘Haus Gryffenberg’ in Zurich. The listed Haus ‘Gryffenberg’ was built in German late Renaissance style from 1883-1885 by the architect Albert Müller, a student of Gottfried Semper. The property was renovated over the last two years at huge expense by PSP Swiss Property AG in close cooperation with the firm of architects Spühler Partner. The aim of the developer was to retain and work off the historical fabric of the building. That said, it was also about taking the property into the 21st century in order to be able to satisfy the modern requirements for its use. Highlights include the offices with bay windows and sensational views looking out onto the ‘Zürisee’, as well as the wonderful roof terrace.

On the lower two floors of the building is the Italian fashion house Dolce&Gabbana with its flagship store and administration. The prominent location in the Bahnhofstrasse speaks for itself.
